Xi Jiebin said that before December 31, 2021, the natural gas pipeline network outside the Gaoan Ceramics Base Park must be completely laid and the gas supply conditions must be met. All ceramic enterprises in the base use centralized gas supply
According to the opinions and requirements of the third phase of Gaoan centralized gas supply operation implementation plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Gas Supply Plan"):
From September 24th to October 7th, each enterprise must use no less than one production line to connect and use centralized gas supply.
From October 8th to October 31st, each enterprise must use no less than 2 production lines to connect and use centralized gas supply, and enterprises with 2 or less production lines must use centralized gas supply.
Starting from November 1, each enterprise must use no less than three production lines to connect and use centralized gas supply, and enterprises with three (inclusive) or less production lines must fully connect and use centralized gas supply.
From December 1 to before the Spring Festival, it will be fully official.production period. On the premise of stable gas supply in September, October, and November 2021, starting from December 1, 2021, all production lines of each ceramic company must use centralized gas supply.

Starting from September 2021, the price of clean industrial gas will be adjusted monthly based on the investment cooperation agreement signed by the Gaoan Municipal People's Government and Jimin Credible Group. From September 1 to September 30, 2021, with the approval of the price department of Gao'an City, the price of clean industrial gas will be 0.581 yuan/Nm³.
Jimin Credible Clean Energy Company proposed in the plan that taking into account the current severe market situation, high coal prices and other factors, in order to support the production and operation of ceramic enterprises and overcome market difficulties, a preferential price policy for clean industrial gas supply during the trial operation period has been formulated: < /p>
(1) Gas supply price policy from September 24 to October 7: From the date of putting into operation, the gas supply price of centralized gas supply projects shall be implemented at 0.501 yuan/Nm³ for each enterprise. If the price is approved by the price department of Gaoan City to be lower than 0.501 yuan/Nm³ will be implemented according to the approved price.
(2) Gas supply price policy from October 8 to October 31: The gas supply price for centralized gas supply projects is implemented at 0.531 yuan/Nm³. If the price approved by the price department of Gao'an City is lower than 0.531 yuan/Nm³, the approved price will be implemented. .
(3) Gas supply price policy in November: The gas supply price for centralized gas supply projects is implemented at 0.551 yuan/Nm³. If the price approved by the price department of Gao'an City is lower than 0.551 yuan/Nm³, the approved price will be implemented.
(4) Gas supply price policy from December to before the Spring Festival in 2022: The gas supply price for centralized gas supply projects shall be based on the price approved by the price department of Gao'an City, and a tiered gas price policy shall be implemented.
“If energy consumption cannot be reduced, the enterprise cannot survive”
Since the beginning of this year, coal and natural gas prices have skyrocketed in multiple rounds, which has exposed the unsustainability of large-scale expansion of the ceramic industry. Many production areas and companies have had to limit or suspend production due to power restrictions and gas shortages. In 2021, for the national ceramic industry, the "dual carbon" and "dual control" policies have seriously restricted the development of the building ceramics industry. Affected by energy consumption indicators, the new and renovated line projects of ceramic construction companies in Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Sichuan and other major production areas across the country have been forced to halt. There are also many newly expanded ceramic companies in Gao'an that have been stopped or postponed due to energy index issues.
Kang Jian, deputy secretary of the Gao'an Municipal Party Committee and mayor, made an important speech at the promotion meeting and pointed out that under the background of the "dual carbon" policy, the optimization and upgrading of Gao'an's ceramics industry requires centralized gas supply. The cost of centralized gas supply is rising and a reshuffle is imminent
After entering mid-September, coal prices across the country continue to hit new highs. Currently, the factory price of coal has reached 1,650 yuan/ton. In addition to coal prices, the price of natural gas used by Gaoan Ceramics Enterprises has also risen for three consecutive months since June, rising from 2.6 yuan/m³ to the current maximum of 4.88 yuan/m³. At the same time, due to nationwide power restrictions and production restrictions,Affected by factors such as zirconium silicate and other chemical raw materials, the prices of chemical raw materials such as zirconium silicate have also risen sharply, and ceramic construction companies are facing huge cost pressure.
It is understood that Jimin Credible will resume gas supply this time, priced at 0.581 yuan/Nm³, and before full gas supply, preferential gas prices will be implemented in stages, which may alleviate the cost pressure of enterprises to a certain extent.
